Our Executive Recruitment engages in assisting its clients to identify, evaluate and select executive and key professional personnel. The purpose of this service is to achieve the optimization of the fit between the Clients' needs and the potential employees' capabilities.

Evaluation of Client's needs and objectives

We first obtain a thorough understanding of the client's (a) corporate goals, (b) overall organization, (c) organizational culture, (d) detailed knowledge of the qualifications and (e) expected personal attributes that must characterize the ideal professional.

Development of a position description

We proceed to developing, under the client's guidelines, a clear job description, specifying the total requirements of the job: (a) its purpose, (b) what it entails, (c) the duties, (d) activities and responsibilities attached to it, (e) the reporting lines and (f) the overall significance of the position within the formal organizational structure.

We then proceed to the executive's specification, which provides a blueprint of the person who is "ideal" for the job and details the personal attributes and qualities associated with a successful performance for the particular job: (a) work experience, (b) technical skills, (c) formal qualifications, (d) motivation, (e) intellectual ability, (f) personality and temperament.

Evaluation of candidates

At the end of a focused interview process, we provide the client with a short-list of suitable candidates that match the position requirements. For each candidate we prepare an evaluation report covering his/her academic orientation, professional achievements, special expertise, personality characteristics, current compensation status, etc.

Furthermore, we provide our Clients with comprehensive advice and conduct negotiations when required on the appropriate remuneration levels. Finally, we advise on how to structure a compensation package.

We will remain involved until the appointment decision is made.
